Kevin Cappello β15 thrived at ΛΔ»’Σ°ΚΣ due to the small class sizes. Since Cappello wanted to be a teacher himself, it was perfect. The practicum and student teaching he did through Shenandoah helped prepare him for his own students. βMy advisor, Dr. Cindia Stewart, went above and beyond to help me. She was available to help with assignments, to listen to my concerns and doubts entering teaching, and to listen to and offer advice on non-academic issues.β
