Background
In 2008, the Commission on Colleges became a separately incorporated 501(c)3 organization from our parent company, the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS). 聽Inasmuch as the federal government requires all of our member and candidate institutions to list the name and address of their regional accreditor, please use the following statement in your appropriate publications to correctly describe the Commission:
Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, Commission on Colleges
Scope of recognition
The accreditation and pre-accreditation (鈥淐andidate for Accreditation鈥) of degree-granting institutions of higher education in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia, including the accreditation of programs offered via distance and correspondence education within these institutions. This recognition extends to the SACSCOC Board of Trustees and the Appeals Committee of the College Delegate Assembly on cases of initial candidacy or initial accreditation and for continued accreditation or candidacy.

Filing a complaint
To file a complaint against 四虎影视 for alleged non-compliance with an accreditation standard or requirement, you may download the SACSCOC聽policy on Complaint Procedures from the website. Please note that the SACSCOC聽complaint process is not intended to be used to involve the Commission in disputes between individuals and member institutions or to cause the Commission to interpose itself as a reviewing authority in individual matters; nor does the policy allow the Commission to seek redress on an individual’s behalf. The primary purpose of the SACSCOC聽complaint procedure is to acquire valuable information regarding an accredited institution鈥檚 possible non-compliance with accreditation standards, policies and procedures rather than to resolve individual disputes.
